If you are an ASIC licensed Advisor and specialise in retirement income solutions, you are invited to consider the HIR® Program as a viable alternative to a reverse mortgage, home reversion or other equity release products. All the products listed clearly have their individual benefits but preference for one product over another should be based solely on a client’s needs and specific circumstances.
A Trusted Partner who uses a HIR® Program for a client will be provided UI access to the cloud-based digital platform that is used to process each digital HIR application.
A Trusted Partner may also elect to have their business details listed on the Trusted Partner Network (TPN) so that potential HIR clients and their family members considering a HIR® Program and who visit www.rciplatform.com.au may quickly and conveniently locate and engage an ASIC licensed Trusted Partner to assist them process an application.
This is a completely free service designed specifically to help intending HIR clients locate an Advisor for purpose. The underlying aim is to ensure all older people have some form of a relationship with a trusted Advisor who can be contacted for assistance, to advise them on a HIR® Program or with any other simple or complex matter that may arise from time to time.
TPN Advisor profiles will be in the form of a basic business card display in the TPN Directory with a link to their business websites (optional). This will deliver potential flow-through benefits for any Trusted Partner who elects to list their business details but most importantly for those homeowners and families who do not have an existing relationship with an ASIC licensed Advisor.
Upon commercial launch, marketing initiatives around the HIR® Program will be designed to drive traffic to the www.rciplatform.com.au website which will host the TPN Directory.
The primary aim is to create and strengthen the relationship between a Trusted Partner and HIR Applicants ensuring adherence to FASEA standards in the delivery of the most appropriate product for a client’s needs whether it be a Reverse Mortgage, Home Reversion (Home Safe), Property Fractionalisation or Home Monetisation (HIR® Program) or any other comparable product.
Pursuant to new standards and operating protocols established by the Financial Advisor Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA), both independent and institutionally owned Planner/Advisor groups will be invited to consider the HIR® Program for inclusion in and as part of a preferred product list relating to each Trusted Partner’s professionally offered suite of consumer-based financial products, programs and services.
