RCI Platform Australia Limited is a Melbourne based Fintech Company that has spent over ten years iteratively designing and developing the HIR® Program architecture and a cloud-based digital SaaS platform on which the HIR® Program and its associated growth securities can be processed, transacted and managed end to end.
Uniquely, the capital and investment requirements of both the investor and homeowner in a HIR® Program are protected by the integration of system metrics, smart algorithms, algorithmic loops and proprietary software in the cloud-based digital platform.
The RCI Platform business model has been designed to create demand for residential real estate as an investible institutional asset class enabling homeowners to access the wealth stored in their homes on fair, equitable and just terms.
The creation of a standardised unit of growth in a HIR® Program paves the way for RCI Platform in the future to leverage its cloud-based digital platform as a commercially viable means of tokenising residential real estate investment for both wholesale and retail investors.
As the owner and licensor of the RCI Platform technology and intellectual property, seamless UI access to the platform will be provided to:
- The Fund Manager/Responsible Entity and Corporate Trustee of the ASIC registered Managed Investment Fund (MIS) that will legally own the HIR® Programs and associated securities on behalf of its Investors
- Independent Custodian who will control all the capital assets (cash) and equity of the MIS
- Trusted Partners who are ASIC licensed Advisors and engaged by a HIR Applicant on a ‘fee for service’ basis to offer advice and support in a HIR® Program Application
- Life Offices, Super Funds or Institutions suitably ASIC licensed via nominee structures to receive capital on behalf of a HIR customer or member for the purchase of a customised income annuity or income supplement subject conditions.
